Information you provide
When you list an item, Lucra Resales stores its pictures, description, city, condition, price and other item details, together with the name and contact details you provide. Buyer requests include a name, email address and optional message.
Optional Google sign-in
You may continue by entering your email without signing in, or sign in with Google. For signed-in users, we privately save the name, email, phone and WhatsApp details provided in these forms and fill them in on future visits. These saved details are accessible only to your account and are not displayed in public listings.
Public listings and private contact details
Item information, photographs, asking prices and the seller’s city are visible publicly. Seller names, email addresses, phone numbers and WhatsApp details are not included in public listings. Contact sharing requires the seller’s approval of a buyer request. Please avoid placing personal contact details in item descriptions or photographs.
How information is used
Information is used to display listings, process buyer requests and facilitate approved introductions. Approved contact details may be used by the buyer and seller to arrange their sale directly. Those communications take place outside Lucra Resales.
Storage and service providers
Listing information and requests are stored through our hosting and storage services. Listing photographs are served using time-limited links. We do not sell your personal contact information.
Your choices
You may decline a buyer request and keep your contact details private. Do not submit information you do not want used for the listing or introduction. Data rights and retention obligations depend on applicable law.
