About Lucra Resales
Lucra Resales connects people selling clothing they can no longer return with interested buyers. Lucra Resales is not the seller of listed items and does not process payments or provide delivery.
Listing responsibilities
Sellers must own or have permission to sell each item and provide accurate pictures, descriptions, conditions, cities and prices. Do not list counterfeit, stolen, unlawful or misleading items, or publish another person’s private information.
Prices and sales
A fixed price is the seller’s stated asking price. A price range indicates that the seller is willing to negotiate within that range. Buyers and sellers agree directly on the final price, payment, pickup or delivery and any return arrangements. A buyer request alone does not complete a sale.
Contact requests
Seller contact details are private until the seller approves a buyer request. Approval permits sharing those details with that buyer for discussing the item. Use contact information only for the requested sale and do not harass, spam or share it without permission.
Safety and disputes
Inspect items and confirm all arrangements before paying. Use safe meeting locations and appropriate payment methods. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their transactions and resolving disputes directly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
